Yes it's almost the end of the year, depending on where you live in the country.
What plans do you have for summer?
Write a to do list...
some things to include, relaxation, spending time with loved ones, travel even if its a day trip take in the scenery, and read 1 book or articles that will help you implement a new strategy or idea in your classroom for the upcoming school year (wait until mid or end of your break to do so).
Where am I with take another look project...
I am in the process of researching and writing my findings along with creating resources, aligning the common core state standards and strategies that will be part of the layout in this new book. This book will be full practical strategies to implement during the classroom reading block, or during tiered reading interventions or pull out reading intervention models in your schools.
As the school year ends and summer begins it is my goal to read about trends and hot topics affecting us in education so i will blog often.
