The Power of Reflection

Hello Friends

What a crazy week it has been.  I would like to start out by sharing something important that I walked away with after listening to a podcast this past week.  The presenter on the podcast shared “if you are linked to someone through social media outlets such as Twitter, Facebook or Linked in if they don’t add value to you then its time to clean your contact list.  She also shared not to accept people unless they can add value to you or you can be of value to them.” I thought about this for a few days and I get it now.  I think we need to begin to reflect on those on our social media outlets and take this advice.

Therefore, as we begin our journeys toward new beginnings or continuing on in our current roles, consider the power of reflecting on your days work, goals you set out to meet and lives you influence each day.

To end this post, I'd like to share that I too will be venturing on new beginnings and will be working on providing consulting services and continue my work to develop products that will help others.  If you would like free resources find me on teachers pay teachers website.  Or here on my site.

Your friendly Blogger,
