As I enter in the month of August there are may things to get prepared before teachers and students return to school.

Some things I do to prepare and set the focus for the school year.

1. Write and Mail a Welcome back letter to staff along with a Professional Learning Calendar.
2. Write and Mail a Welcome back letter to parents and students of our school community.
3. Prepare the first two months of Staff Meeting Agendas
4. Review last years data
5. Craft a message to display on our schools home page
